E-Mail Status Report System

You can now receive Notice of Underwriting Action (NAU) letters faster through e-mail.  Each message is generated in real time as the underwriter is working on your case.  This new system replaces the "snail Mail" version of the NAU letter if you are registered on the Agent Forum section of IML's Web Site.

Just go to  http://www.illinoismutual.com and select the "Agent Forum". (If you are NOT registered, click on the "on line agent registration page" and follow the instructions for registration. This will allow you to receive NUA letters through e-mail) After registering, you will be sent a UserID and a Password that will let you enter the Agent Forum.  In the Agent Forum, you can check the status of your clients' applications in the "production/activity reports" page link (as long as you have at least 5 applications this year).  You can call IML for assistance, too, at 1-800-437-7355.
